About the Role
We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support daily accounting, maintain accurate financial records and coordinate with our Accounts and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Record day-to-day purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal entries in Tally.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile customer and vendor ledgers.
• Check invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents before processing.
• Maintain petty cash records and verify employee expense and conveyance claims.
• Assist with GST and TDS workings and compile supporting data for review and filing.
• Track receivables and payables,



follow up on outstanding payments and flag discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal teams for invoices, payment details and account confirmations.
• Support monthly account closing, reporting and audit documentation.
• Maintain organised records and handle financial information confidentially.

Qualifications & Skills
• B.Com or an equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
• At least 1 year of hands-on accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS and bank reconciliation.
• Accuracy in data entry, documentation and numerical calculations.
• Clear communication, timely follow-ups and willingness to learn.
• Experience in engineering, service, projects or construction companies will be an advantage.
