Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Vice President of Sales role based in Hyderabad. The Vice President of Sales will lead the sales function, set sales strategy, and drive revenue growth across all service lines and sectors. Daily activities include overseeing sales teams, developing and executing sales plans, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective sales operations and processes. The role involves building and maintaining key client relationships, coordinating with project management and finance teams, and identifying new business opportunities.



The Vice President of Sales will also participate in pricing discussions, forecast sales, and represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management to lead teams, set targets, and achieve revenue goals.
• Strong background in Account Management to build, nurture, and expand long-term client relationships.
• Experience in Sales Operations to design efficient processes, manage pipelines, and use CRM tools effectively.
• Proven Business Development skills to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and win new projects.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, finance, and operations.
