What isthisrole?
The Marketing Lead – Vidyapeeth will be responsible for driving admissions, enhancing brand visibility, and executing impactful marketing initiatives at regional and local levels. This role involves building and leading high-performing teams, implementing BTL and ATL campaigns, fostering partnerships, and organizing events to position PW Vidyapeeth as a trusted brand for academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution




• Develop and implement region-specific marketing plans aligned with Vidyapeeth’s growth and admission targets.
• Lead both ATL and BTL initiatives, including campaigns, admission drives, outdoor media, digital integrations, and local promotions.

2. Team Leadership
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Executives, Field Associates, and Telecallers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to boost productivity and effectiveness.

3. BTL & Outreach Activities
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, roadshows, workshops, and open houses.
• Organize community connect programs, student engagement events, and seminars to increase walk-ins.

4. Partnerships & Alliances
• Build robust relationships with schools, tuition centres, corporates, and local communities to expand reach and drive admissions.
