The Compounding Method is looking for a designer who can turn a brief into a stunning, conversion-focused website, and do it rapid.
⚠️ Designers only. This is NOT a developer role.
• We need someone who designs websites, not someone who codes them
• Your deliverable is the design (Figma), not HTML, CSS, or WordPress builds
• If your portfolio is mostly code, GitHub, or “I built this site,” this isn’t the role
• We want to see layouts, visual systems, and UX thinking
What you'll do
• Design high-converting websites and landing pages
• Go from brief → wireframe → polished UI quickly
• Work closely with our performance marketing team
• Keep every design clean, responsive, and on-brand
You're a fit if you
• Have a strong portfolio of live websites
• Work fast without cutting corners
• Know Figma inside out
• Understand UX, layout, typography, and conversion
• Bonus: Webflow, Framer, WordPress/Elementor, or AI design tools

• 1-week paid trial on real work (part time ok of course)
• Strong trial = we hire you
