Role Description The Director role is a full time, on-site position based in Valsad, responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across Tecknotrove’s simulation and AI-based training solutions.



The Director will define and drive long-term business strategy, oversee key projects and product portfolios, and ensure alignment of technology, operations, and market goals. Daily responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets and resources, monitoring performance metrics, and enforcing quality, safety, and compliance standards. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with global clients and partners, identifying new market opportunities, and supporting business development and sales initiatives. The Director will also mentor senior staff, promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with R&D; and engineering to guide product roadmaps and technology investments.
