We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Manager to drive corporate training sales, acquire new clients, develop existing accounts, and generate business growth.

Key Responsibilities• Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for IT training and learning solutions.
• Corporate Sales: Promote and sell instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, technical training, and career development programs.
• Lead Generation: Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and client visits.
• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with HR, L&D;, Training Heads, IT Heads, Procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets for Order Booking (OB), Work Confirmation (WC), billing, and collections.
• Account Management: Develop existing accounts, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and reactivate dormant clients.
• Client Requirement Analysis: Understand training needs, coordinate with internal teams, and submit customized training proposals and commercial offers.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate lead, opportunity, follow-up, and sales forecast records in the CRM or designated reporting system.
• Market Research: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging training requirements in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Data Analytics, BFSI, and Soft Skills.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with training delivery, operations, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and customer satisfaction.
