Position OverviewWe are looking for a Bakery Chef who is passionate about baking and eager to build a career in Sales & Marketing. The ideal candidate will combine strong bakery production knowledge with excellent communication and presentation skills to support customer acquisition, product demonstrations, technical sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities• Promote and drive sales of Bake O Well's bakery premixes and innovative baking solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, recipe trials, and customer training sessions.
• Provide technical support and bakery expertise to clients, distributors, and channel partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with bakeries, cafes, hotels,



restaurants, and institutional customers.
• Identify current business opportunities and generate leads across Mumbai and surrounding markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product development.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and bakery exhibitions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Qualifications• Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery, Culinary Arts, or related field.
• 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in bakery production, baking technology, or bakery operations.
• Strong understanding of cakes, muffins, brownies, waffles, pancakes, and bakery premixes.
• Prior exposure to bakery ingredients, premixes, or food ingredient sales will be an added advantage.
