We’re a young, founder-led team, and this role works directly with the founder.
About the role
We’re looking for a Brand Manager Intern to help us stay close to our customers and grow the brand’s voice. You’ll talk to the people who buy from us, help bring them back, and shape how our founder shows up on social media. It’s a hands-on role with real ownership. Your work will be visible from week one.
What you’ll do
• Reach out to customers to understand their experience, collect feedback and answer questions
• Help build and run retention programs
• Track customer insights
• Support the founder’s personal brand
• Collect customer stories and reviews
• Help with day-to-day brand and marketing tasks as the business grows

What we’re looking for
• Fluent in Hindi and English, both spoken and written




• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with customers on the phone
• Genuine curiosity about wellness, nutrition, sleep and stress
• Organised, self-driven and reliable when working remotely
• Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and social media platforms

Valuable to have
• Experience or coursework in marketing, communications, psychology or nutrition
• Prior internship in a D2C, consumer or startup setting
• An eye for content and a feel for what works on LinkedIn and Instagram
