1. Purpose of the Role
To take complete ownership of the order-to-execution and operational supply process, ensuring timely procurement, material planning, quality inspection, packing, logistics, dispatch and delivery. The Operations Manager shall coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing,



logistics and internal teams to ensure on-time supply, proper documentation, adequate stock, post-supply support and effective operational control.

2. Key Responsibilities
1. Order to Execution Management: Manage the complete process from Order → PO → Purchase → Material Planning → Execution → Dispatch → Delivery, ensuring timely completion of customer orders.
2. Purchase Order Verification: Verify Purchase Orders, specifications, quantities, delivery schedules, commercial terms and other order requirements before execution.
3. Purchase and Material Planning: Plan material requirements based on orders and market forecasts and coordinate with suppliers and the manufacturing unit for timely availability.
4. Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing units for material procurement, production, delivery schedules and execution requirements.
5. Work Order Management: Arrange Work Orders
