Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development to join our digital advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, generating leads, building robust business relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients across relevant industries and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Research companies, brands, and decision-makers to identify potential advertising and marketing requirements.
• Connect with business owners, marketing heads, brand managers, and senior decision-makers to understand their needs.
• Present the agency’s advertising, branding, digital marketing, creative, social media, and other marketing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, proposals, and quotations.




• Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and initial contact to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an updated sales pipeline/CRM.
• Understand client objectives and coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and marketing teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects.
• Attend industry events, networking meetings, and client meetings to expand the agency’s network.
• Ensure a smooth handover of newly acquired clients to the account management/team after closure.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably within an advertising,
