Job Summary
We are looking for experienced professionals in Business Process Controls and Internal Controls Testing to join the Risk Services team at KPMG Global Services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in risk assessment, process walkthroughs, Risk & Control Matrix (RCM) preparation, process documentation, and Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE).

Key Responsibilities

Key requirements:
• Solid hands-on experience with BP Controls is mandated. No ITGC profiles will be considered.
• Experience and good communication skills.
• Drafting Process & Control and Process Documentation
• Perform / assist with Risk Assessment, Scoping, Walkthroughs and Process Documentation and Flowchart.
• Hands on exp with Performing Test of Design (TOD).

• Perform risk assessments, process scoping and walkthroughs for business and financial processes.




• Conduct Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE) for business process controls.
• Prepare and update Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs), process narratives, SOPs and process flowcharts.
• Review control descriptions, testing procedures and supporting evidence.
• Identify control gaps, document observations and support remediation discussions.
• Maintain audit workpapers, testing documentation and evidence in line with engagement methodology.
• Coordinate with US/onshore stakeholders and participate in regular status calls.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets and status reporting.
• Support junior team members and contribute to quality reviews and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Mandatory Skills
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Process Controls, Internal Controls, SOX Business Process Controls or Risk Advisory.
