Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, administering HR policies, and supporting recruitment and onboarding activities. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations matters, assist in performance management processes, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and applicable regulations. The role also includes coordinating trainings, supporting employee engagement initiatives,



and collaborating with leadership to implement HR best practices that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
