Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a data-informed HRIS Senior Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of all HR data.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the primary HR tech liaison.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to track workforce trends.
• Take complete ownership of complex project execution, strategy, and final delivery.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Extensive experience configuring and managing HRIS platforms (e.g.,



Workday).
• Ability to translate complex HR processes into automated system workflows.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed setting.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security protocols.
