Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and effective Order & Logistics Coordinator to manage incoming food orders, order processing, packing, and timely dispatch from our Central Kitchen at Sewri. The candidate will be responsible for handling orders received through online food delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato, ensuring order accuracy, proper packaging, and timely handover to delivery partners while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities• Receive, monitor, and process incoming orders from Swiggy, Zomato, and other designated ordering channels.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and ready for dispatch within the stipulated timelines.
• Verify order details, food items, quantities, special instructions, and packaging requirements before dispatch.
• Ensure accurate, hygienic,



and secure packing of all food orders to maintain food quality and presentation during transit.
• Label, organize, and segregate orders appropriately to avoid mix-ups and delays.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely pickup and handover of orders.
• Monitor order status and resolve basic order-related issues, delays, and discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain dispatch records, order logs, and daily reports as required.
• Monitor packaging material stock and coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the packing and dispatch area.
• Follow all applicable food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth order flow during peak business hours.

Eligibility & Requirements• 2–3 years of relevant experience in order management, food dispatch, logistics coordination, or restaurant operations.
• Prior experience handling Swiggy
