We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Sr. Lab Technician to manage and support day-to-day activities within the Hardware/Electrical Lab. The role will focus on hardware assembly, soldering and desoldering, PCB-related activities, calibration, inventory management, component procurement, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of electrical/electronic hardware and be comfortable collaborating with multiple engineering teams to ensure smooth and efficient laboratory operations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain day-to-day Hardware/Electrical Lab operations
• Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components and PCB assemblies
• Support PCB board assembly, modification, repair, and basic troubleshooting activities
• Work with and understand SMT components and specifications
• Maintain and track lab inventory, including electronic components, hardware, tools, and other lab materials
• Coordinate and support calibration activities for applicable lab equipment and instruments




• Provide hardware-related support to multiple engineering teams and collaborate effectively on their lab requirements
• Coordinate the procurement of electronic components, hardware, tools, and lab-related materials
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers regarding component availability, procurement requirements, and hardware-related needs
• Support the organization and maintenance of lab equipment, components, and workspaces
• Help ensure hardware and lab resources are readily available to support engineering activities

Qualifications/ Skills :

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Hands-on experience working in a Hardware/Electrical/Electronics Lab environment
• Good practical knowledge of soldering and desoldering techniques
• Knowledge of SMT components, specifications, and PCB assembly processes
