Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management, with positive communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate suitability,



and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, coordinate with candidates, and follow up on interview feedback.
• Offer Management: Discuss salary expectations, negotiate offers, release offer letters, and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Recruitment MIS: Maintain recruitment trackers, update candidate databases, and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Joining & Follow-up: Ensure candidates complete joining formalities and coordinate with HR for a smooth onboarding process.
