Role Description This is a full time, on-site Firmware Architect role with RADAR knowledge,



based in Bengaluru South. The Firmware Architect will define and design firmware architecture for RADAR-based systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable embedded software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hardware, systems, and algorithm teams to translate RADAR system requirements into firmware specifications, designing and reviewing low-level software modules, and guiding implementation across platforms based on ARM or similar architectures. The role involves hands-on development, debugging, and optimization of embedded firmware, as well as mentoring engineering teams, reviewing code and design documents, and ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and quality standards. The Firmware Architect will also contribute to technical roadmaps, evaluate new technologies, and support integration, validation, and field issue resolution for RADAR products.
