About the Role
Butterfly Technology LLC is looking for a skilled Backend Developer with hands-on experience in server-side development, API development, database management, and backend architecture.
The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems, integrating third-party services, and collaborating with frontend developers to deliver reliable web applications and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Design, manage, and optimize databases, including data models, queries, and relationships.
• Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and application security.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to integrate backend services.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs,



and technical challenges.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement business logic, database operations, and server-side functionalities.
• Work with cloud platforms, deployment environments, and version control systems.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and technical discussions.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and data security.
• Manage assigned tasks independently and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of database design, schema development, query optimization, and data modeli
