Key Responsibilities:




• Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify potential customers.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities to convert them into orders.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Prepare quotations and sales reports, and maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Support the sales team in negotiations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities in OEM and process manufacturing industries.
