ABOUT THE ROLE
• We are looking for a Solutions Manager who can become the product brain, implementation partner, and trusted advisor for our customers.
• This role sits at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, People Science, and Customer Outcomes.
• Our Customer Success Managers own the relationship and commercial health of the account.
• You will own the actual survey experience. You will make sure every survey is set up correctly, launched smoothly, understood clearly, and used meaningfully after the results come in.
• This is not a support role. This is a consulting role.
• You will guide HR leaders, people teams, sub-admins, and internal champions through the full journey... from first setup to final insights to action planning.
• You should enjoy going deep into the product, asking sharp questions,



solving messy implementation problems, and helping customers get real value from CultureMonkey.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Own the full survey lifecycle for your accounts, from setup to launch to reporting.
• Understand the customer’s people goals and translate them into the right survey design, platform configuration, and launch plan.
• Run onboarding sessions, product trainings, and walkthroughs for HR teams, sub-admins, managers, and employee champions.
• Guide customers on survey best practices, participation strategy, question design, anonymity, reporting, and action planning.
• Handle technical setup like employee data uploads, CSV and Excel files, custom configurations, integrations, access rules, and reporting requirements.
• Work with the People Science team to deliver reports and insights that match the customer’s real context.
