Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive with 6+ years of experience, particularly in IT recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will work closely with the HR Head and provide support in recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, induction, exit formalities, and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of IT hiring,



strong coordination skills, and the ability to independently manage assigned HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

IT Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates for various IT roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback, salary discussions, and offer coordination.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, joining dates, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates to minimize offer dropouts and joining delays.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Assist the HR Head in managing day-to-day HR operations and admin
