Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced influencer marketing professional to join the Little Joys team.
This role requires a strong understanding of creators, content and digital platforms, along with the ability to translate business objectives into effective influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creative judgement, relationship management and a strong analytical orientation.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
● Identify and evaluate creators based on audience relevance, brand fit, content quality and historical performance.
● Build and manage strong relationships with creators,



talent managers and influencer agencies.
● Lead creator outreach, commercial negotiations, campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, contracts and content rights.
● Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and business objectives.
● Review creator content for brand alignment, factual accuracy and adherence to applicable disclosure guidelines.
● Monitor campaign performance, identify key drivers and translate data into actionable recommendations.

● Maintain accurate oversight of campaign budgets, creator pipelines, deliverables and reporting.
● Track platform developments, creator trends and emerging content formats to identify recent opportunities.
● Use AI tools and automation to improve creator research, campaign workflows, reporting and team efficiency.
