Role Description This is a full time, on-site Quantity Surveyor (Fresher/Entry Level) role located in Hyderabad. The Quantity Surveyor will assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), taking measurements, and supporting cost estimation for residential and commercial projects.



Responsibilities include helping with cost planning, monitoring budget variations, and supporting cost control during different stages of design and construction. The role involves assisting in cost reporting, preparing basic documentation, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining accurate records of quantities, costs, and materials. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with senior engineers and architects to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in line with company standards.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs to support accurate project estimations.
