Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, responsible for driving sales growth and brand presence for MotherWood in the assigned territory. This role includes identifying and onboarding new customers such as dealers, distributors, OEMs, and furniture manufacturers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.



The Area Sales Manager will conduct regular market visits, promote the product portfolio, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection. The role also involves tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, sharing customer feedback with internal teams, and coordinating with marketing and operations to execute regional sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management, preferably in building materials, furniture, or related industries.
• Strong skills in relationship management, negotiation, and customer service, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders such as dealers, distributors, and designers.
