• The RoleAs an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for managing prospective student enquiries, understanding their career goals, providing the right academic guidance, and driving enrolments through effective follow-ups and consultative selling.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and qualify inbound student enquiries
• Counsel prospective students on teacher training and professional programs
• Build relationships and maintain structured follow-ups
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams throughout the enrolment journey
• What We’re Looking ForGraduate in any discipline
• 1+ year of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, or EdTech preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valuable negotiation and closing ability
• Target-driven with excellent follow-up discipline
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales are also encouraged to apply
