Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time,



in office position based in Thane.
The Sales Manager will oversee admissions and enrollment-related sales activities for Rainbow Preschools International, ensuring targeted student intake and revenue growth. This role involves identifying and pursuing new leads, building relationships with parents, corporates, and community partners, and conducting counseling sessions, presentations, and campus visits. The Sales Manager will monitor market trends, develop sales plans and campaigns, coordinate with academic and operations teams, and maintain accurate records in CRM or similar systems. The role also includes preparing sales reports, tracking performance against targets, training and guiding the sales team, and representing the organization at events, exhibitions, and outreach programs.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing admissions.
