Role OverviewAs a core member of the Founder’s Office, you will serve as the engine behind our growth and sales execution. You will be responsible for orchestrating Cosma’s five key verticals: Lead Engine, Tele-Qualify & CRM, Consult & Sales, Ops & Delivery, and Retention/Flywheel.
Rather than working as a single specialist, you will sit at the center of execution—unblocking teams, driving systems, holding operational speed, and ensuring steady revenue growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities• Tele-Sales & Script Management: Conduct daily audits of the tele-consultative sales team. Optimize sales scripts, improve call quality, enforce speed-to-lead execution, and review daily sales targets.
• Partnership Development: Build and nurture offline and corporate partnerships.



Target doctor partnerships first, followed by corporate tie-ups, to close 5 to 8 recent strategic partnerships per week.
• Performance Marketing Alignment: Work directly with the Digital Marketing Executive daily to review ad spend, evaluate acquisition performance, optimize creative strategy, and refine cost-per-lead (CPL).
• CRM & Data Hygiene: Enforce tracking across all channels using standard CRMs, UTM parameters, and unique attribution codes. Maintain real-time tracking of funnel analytics and present daily/weekly reports to the Founder.
• Operations & Fulfillment: Ensure high operational standard with under-48-hour order dispatches, zero stockouts, and seamless lab integration through third-party partners.
• Clinic Launch & Offline Growth: Support operational rollout checklists, including local clinic launches, online visibility (Google Business, Practo), and community outreach.
