About Advait Labs
Advait Labs is a digital marketing and software studio working with US businesses and white-label agency partners, along with healthcare, education and hospital brands in India. We create performance-driven ad creatives, social content and brand videos that need to look sharp and convert.
What you will do
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for paid ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube and client websites
• Create motion graphics, animated text, lower thirds and transitions in After Effects
• Turn raw footage, scripts and client briefs into polished, platform-ready videos
• Write and proofread on-screen text, captions and subtitles in clear, correct English
• Produce multiple ad variations (hooks, formats, aspect ratios) for performance testing
• Work directly with the marketing team and, when needed,



with US clients on feedback and revisions
• Manage project files, versions and delivery timelines across multiple clients

What we are looking for
• Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Very good written and spoken English, comfortable on client calls and handling feedback
• A portfolio showing ad creatives, reels or motion graphics work
• Good sense of pacing, typography, color and sound design
• Understanding of what makes a video perform on Meta, YouTube and Google
• Ability to handle several projects at once and meet tight deadlines

Good to have
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience editing for healthcare, education or US-based brands
• Basic knowledge of AI video and voice tools
