instrucko is seeking passionate and dedicated Online Phonics Instructors to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate phonics-based English lessons to children aged 3 to 7 years in a virtual classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality phonics lessons focused on letter sounds, blending, segmenting, and decoding skills.
• Design and adapt engaging lesson plans using songs, visuals, stories, and games to make phonics fun and effective.
• Create a strong foundation for early reading and pronunciation in young learners.
• Monitor and assess student progress, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student development.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Early Childhood Education,



or a related field.
• Prior experience teaching phonics or early literacy skills to young children (online experience preferred).
• Explicit pronunciation and strong command of spoken and written English.
• Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with early learners.
• Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
