Role Description We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, source qualified candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures of open positions.
The role requires hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer coordination, and recruitment reporting. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Important Hiring Requirements

• Experience:



2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Salary Budget: ₹3–3.5 LPA CTC, depending on skills and experience.
• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• Work Mode: Full time, on-site; work from the Jaipur office is mandatory.
• Relocation: Candidates based outside Jaipur must be willing to relocate at their own expense before joining, if required.
• Availability: Candidates should be available to join within a reasonable notice period.
