Role Description The Real Estate Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for residential and industrial properties, including lead generation, property presentations, site visits, and closing transactions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding buyer requirements,



advising clients on suitable properties, and ensuring a smooth documentation and handover process. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and project management to support sales campaigns and resolve client queries. The Real Estate Sales Executive will also track market trends, competitor activity, and local developments to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.
Qualifications
• Relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
• Demonstrated experience in Real Estate sales, including property listing, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet targets, manage a sales pipeline, and convert leads into long-term clients.
