About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Business Development skilled to join the Founder’s Office and
drive revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships for Heliware.
The role will sit at the intersection of geospatial technology, enterprise business development, and
strategic growth, translating Heliware’s technical capabilities into market opportunities across key
sectors such as Defense, Smart Cities, Agriculture, and Energy.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with senior leadership, engaging with
enterprise decision-makers, developing go-to-market strategies, and converting market opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Sales & Business Development
• Manage the end-to-end enterprise
sales cycle, from prospect identification
and lead generation to closure.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals,
commercial discussions, and
negotiations.




• Conduct cold outreach, prospecting,
client meetings, product
demonstrations, and solution
presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships
with enterprise clients, government
stakeholders, and strategic accounts.
• Continuously develop and manage a
healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and
collaborate with technical/product
teams to develop relevant solutions.
2. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
• Support the design and execution of
GTM strategies for new products,
services, sectors, and geographies.
• requirements and infrastructure
frameworks.
• Identify market opportunities and
develop sector-specific positioning and
sales approaches.
• Work closely with leadership and
product teams to translate market
feedback into actionable GTM
initiatives.
• Support expansion into international
markets, including potential
opportunities in regions such as MENA.
