India’s 1st Psychodermatology brand that with its unique blends aims to reverse the effects of Mental stress on the Skin. The company intends to market and sell its D2C brand portfolio, spanning Topical Skincare products with complementing Nutraceuticals (supplements) to treat the skincare concerns instream along with providing surface solutions.

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to drive SEREKO’s growth across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms, with ownership of sales, profitability, visibility, campaigns, inventory, and platform relationships.

Key Responsibilities
● Own key e-commerce & quick-commerce accounts and build robust relationships with platform/category managers.
● Drive sales, revenue and profitability across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Myntra, Nykaa and other relevant platforms through account plans, new launches, assortment expansion, promotions, visibility, and platform campaigns.
● Plan and optimise PPC, PLA, sponsored listings, and promotional campaigns to drive profitable growth.
● Own platform merchandising including product listings, pricing,



promotions, catalog hygiene, ratings, and visibility.
● Manage quick-commerce performance including availability, stock-outs, inventory, fill rates, and city/zone-level growth.
● Track GMV, revenue, ROAS, margins, conversion, inventory, and other KPIs and turn insights into actionable growth plans.
● Coordinate with Marketing, Brand, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, CX, and Product teams for seamless execution.
● Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, assortment, and platform trends.
● Negotiate commercials, margins, visibility, promotions, and platform opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
● 2-3 years of experience in quick commerce.
● Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart, Nykaa, Myntra.
● Strong understanding of e-commerce & quick-commerce growth, marketplace advertising, and platform operations.
● Strong analytical and commercial mindset
