Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Analyst to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external vendors, partners, or clients.
• Independently drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.
• Identify systemic process inefficiencies and autonomously propose structural improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of version control systems,
primarily Git.
• Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• High-level proficiency with remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Teams).
