Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager – North India to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand our solar module sales network across the Northern region.
The ideal candidate should have 7–8 years of relevant experience in B2B solar panel/module sales, with a strong understanding of the solar industry, channel sales, EPC business, distributors, developers, and institutional customers.




Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for North India to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Generate current business opportunities and expand the company's customer base in the assigned region.
• Drive B2B sales of solar PV modules/panels through direct as well as channel sales.
• Identify and develop relationships with EPC companies, solar developers, distributors, system integrators, channel partners, and institutional customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer meetings, commercial negotiations, order closure, and post-sales coordination.
• Regularly map the market, competitors, pricing trends, customer requirements, and upcoming solar projects.
• Identify large-scale solar projects and develop opportunities for module supply.
