Job Purpose
Senior analyst shall work on longer term projects for which benefits are expected to accrue over longer period of 1-2 years. Cross functional automation and transformative ideas for existing projects will be under their purview.

Job Responsibilities (JR):

• Provides domain-specific knowledge and expertise ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives

• Gathers and analyzes project requirements

• Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and the project team

• Provides input on system design and functionality

• Develops user guides, training materials, and documentation

• Vendor Management

Educational Qualifications
Key Skills

• B-Tech/BE/M-Tech/ME
• MBA from reputed Institute




• Strong quantitative/statistical skills.
• Solid in MS Excel / dashboard creation and handling large amount of data
• Knowledge of systems & IT
• Excellent analytical, communications and interpersonal skills

Experience Required
• Minimum experience in years 10 years
• Good exposure in quantitative/statistical analysis esp. statistical programming language
• Exposure to banking / credit / risk analytics
