As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of accounting professionals, ensuring that all financial reporting is accurate and timely. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks. - Oversee the month-end closing process, ensuring all entries are accurate and completed on time. - Manage the general ledger accounting functions, including reconciliations and adjustments. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting. - Prepare and present financial reports to senior management,
