About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Unit Manager who understands the complete FMCG / Manufacturing business, not just one department.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in *Plant Operations + Sales + HR + Procurement + Supply Chain + Vendor Management + Business Operations* and should be capable of working closely with management to improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Analyse and improve overall business & operational processes
✔️ Manage & review *end-to-end plant/manufacturing operations*
✔️ Understand *FMCG sales, distribution & market operations*
✔️ Coordinate with *HR, manpower & contract labour*
✔️ Manage *vendors, suppliers, procurement & inventory*
✔️ Ensure *FSSAI/FSSA, quality, safety & SOP compliance*
✔️ Handle *client/customer coordination & follow-ups*
✔️ Conduct meetings and track *action points & pending activities*




✔️ Prepare *MIS, KPI, daily/weekly/monthly management reports*
✔️ Follow up with departments, vendors, clients & stakeholders
✔️ Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions
✔️ Improve productivity, cost efficiency and overall business performance
✔️ Coordinate between *Sales, Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, HR, Maintenance & Management*

What We’re Looking For

? 10+ years of experience in *FMCG / Manufacturing*
? Strong hands-on *Plant/Manufacturing Operations* experience – Mandatory
? Positive understanding of *Sales & Distribution*
? Practical knowledge of *HR & Manpower Management*
? Experience in *Vendor, Procurement & Supply Chain Management*
? Strong *Reporting, MIS, Follow-up & Coordination* skills
? Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving ability
? Ability to work directly with *Senior Management*
