Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Store In-Charge to manage inventory operations, material movement, purchase documentation, and stock control for our EV manufacturing and technical equipment operations.
Key Responsibilities• Manage daily inward and outward material transactions.
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and GRN documentation.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate material replenishment with vendors and internal departments.




• Ensure proper material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch.
• Perform stock reconciliation and generate inventory reports.
• Maintain inventory records using Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books and Refrens.

Required Qualifications & Skills• 1–4 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or material handling.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Inventory / Zoho Books and Refrens is mandatory.
• Knowledge of PO creation, stock reconciliation, and material documentation.
• Solid organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial equipment stores is preferred.
