Role Description The Business Development Associate (BDA) at XpressEdu is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their educational needs, and presenting suitable XpressEdu programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting follow-ups, maintaining lead databases, and converting leads into enrollments. The BDA will collaborate with the marketing and counseling teams to execute sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and provide clear, accurate information to prospective students. The role also requires preparing basic reports, sharing feedback from the market, and contributing to continuous improvement in outreach and conversion processes, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA based on experience and performance.
Qualifications
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and explain educational offerings clearly.




• Sales and business development aptitude, including lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Basic data management capabilities, such as maintaining CRM records, tracking leads, and preparing simple sales reports.
• Customer orientation, with a focus on understanding learner needs and providing ethical, accurate guidance.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Comfort with using computers, phones, and common productivity tools; familiarity with CRM or telecalling systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in EdTech, education counseling, or telesales is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida and adapt to extended or weekend working hours as per business requirements.
