We're hiring: 2 Business Development Executives for US Sales (Remote, India)

Clinics across the US lose patients every day to missed calls and overloaded front desks. At 2care AI we built a conversational AI voice agent - not an IVR - that answers every call in 2 rings, 24/7, books the appointment, and handles the follow-up. We're live with real clinic clients and doubling down on the US market.

We're looking for experienced BDEs to own US outbound growth. This isn't an entry-level role - you need to have sold into the US before and can own a number end to end, not just pass on leads.

You'll:
- Cold call US clinic decision-makers, working US business hours
- Run and own email + LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads, run demos, and close deals yourself
- Own your pipeline and forecast your own numbers

You need:
- 1-3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into the US
- Fluent, confident English
- A track record of closing, not just generating leads
- Comfort working US hours as your primary window

Compensation: ₹25,000-45,000/month base plus performance incentives. Two openings.
