Role Description The Branch Technical Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ghatkesar. This role is responsible for overseeing technical evaluations of housing finance proposals, including property assessment, documentation verification, and adherence to technical and regulatory standards.



The Branch Technical Manager will coordinate with branch teams, credit and operations to ensure timely and accurate technical reports, support resolution of technical queries, and provide guidance on risk mitigation for proposed loans. The role involves monitoring local market and construction practices, supporting process improvements, and contributing to research and development of better technical appraisal methods. Daily activities include supervising technical support activities within the branch, training team members on technical policies, and ensuring compliance with internal quality benchmarks.
