This full-time, in office role in Nagercoil involves leading editorial direction, guiding content topics, and maintaining the organization’s commitment to clear, unbiased AI coverage. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising a small team or contractors, building partnerships, and monitoring performance metrics. The Owner will also be involved in audience development, basic marketing decisions, and workflow improvements to keep content consistent and high-quality. This position requires hands-on involvement in both strategic planning and operational execution.
Qualifications
• Experience in content, media, or publishing, with the ability to define and refine editorial direction focused on technology or AI.
• Strong business and operational skills,



including budgeting, planning, and resource management.
• Ability to develop and maintain partnerships, collaborate with contributors, and build an engaged audience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and concise information delivery.
• Comfort with technology and AI topics, including willingness to learn continuously and stay current on industry trends.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, integrity, and a hands-on approach to solving problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Media, Technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
