SAP Application Support Consultant – Transportation Management (TM) & OTC

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Application Support Consultant with expertise in
SAP Transportation Management (TM) and strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash
(OTC) process. You will be part of our AMS team, providing application support, incident
resolution, system enhancements, and continuous service improvement for transportation
and logistics business processes.

Key Responsibilities
 Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support for SAP TM incidents, service requests,
and problem management.
 Support transportation planning, freight orders, carrier management, freight
settlement, and transportation execution processes.
 Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SAP TM and integrated SAP applications.
 Support end-to-end OTC processes, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Goods
Issue, Billing, and Freight Cost Settlement.
 Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring
issues.
 Support minor enhancements, configuration changes, testing, and deployment




activities.
 Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP
consultants.
 Ensure compliance with SLA commitments, support procedures, and change
management processes.
 Participate in on-call support and critical incident management when required.

Requirements
 6+ years of hands-on SAP Transportation Management (TM) experience with
SAP Application Support / AMS experience supporting SAP business applications
in a production environment.

 Strong functional knowledge of:
o SAP Transportation Management (TM)
o Transportation Planning & Execution
o Freight Orders & Freight Settlement
o Carrier & Logistics Management
o Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes

 Valuable understanding of SAP SD and integration with logistics processes.
