Culturati is a Bangalore-based store and ecommerce brand offering handcrafted Indian art, craft, decor and gifting products. We help customers find meaningful products for homes, festivals, corporate gifting, personal gifting and made-to-order requirements.
About the Role
Culturati is looking for a Retail Sales Executive for our Bangalore store.
This is a customer-facing, store-based role for someone who is comfortable speaking to customers, explaining products, handling enquiries, sharing catalogues, following up on interested customers, coordinating orders and supporting basic marketing outreach.
The role also involves learning about the artists, artisans and craft traditions behind Culturati’s products, so that customers can better understand the story, handmade process and cultural context behind what they buy.

Key Responsibilities




* Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
* Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone and website leads
* Support billing, packing, stock coordination and order updates
* Keep products organised and support day-to-day store operations
* Help with basic product display and store presentation
* Support simple social media updates such as product photos, store updates or Instagram stories when required
Who We’re Looking For
* Candidates with a fashion, retail, design, merchandising or lifestyle-related degree/diploma will be preferred
* Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply
* Good spoken English and customer communication skills
Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, showroom sales, store operations, product display, visual merchandising or social media support will be an advantage.
