Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to support the Finance & Accounts team in managing vendor invoices, payment processing, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, good numerical accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.

Key Responsibilities
• Process and verify vendor invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Ensure accurate recording of invoices in the accounting system.
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in vendor payment processing and payment follow-ups.
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipt details before processing payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payment records, and vendor accounts.




• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment status.
• Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS deductions, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of accounts payable reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established accounting procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• B.Com / Graduate in Commerce or Accounting – Mandatory.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance & Accounts.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, vendor reconciliation, and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.
• Good numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Solid attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
