About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts, Tax & MIS Executive to take complete ownership of one of our key clients. You will act as the client’s dedicated finance professional, managing their books, statutory compliances and MIS, and working directly with their management team on all reporting requirements.
This is an immediate joining requirement.
Key Responsibilities
• MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS, budget vs actual and variance analysis, and any other reports required by client management
• Income Tax & GST Compliance: Handle GST returns, TDS returns and payments, income-tax compliances, and the related reconciliations within due dates
• Accounting in Tally: Maintain end-to-end books of accounts, including ledger scrutiny, bank and party reconciliations, monthly closing and finalisation support
• Client Coordination: Act as the single point of contact for the client’s management on accounting, tax and reporting matters
• Coordinate with the MAHA & Co. team on audits, assessments and other professional assignments for the client
Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, taxation and compliance, preferably with a CA firm
• Hands-on expertise in Tally Prime
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax compliances
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, MIS formats)
• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred
• Positive communication skills and the confidence to deal with client management
• Able to join immediately
