Role Definition: Lead integrated brand communication, loyalty marketing and marketing requirements for Members and Prospects. The role requires strong brand acumen who can also drive execution and business outcomes with experience in consumer lifestyle, discretionary spend categories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the Lead on the brand for the VO business and all aspects of Club M growth and scaling
• Keystone Product Marketing (Prospects & members)
• Lead marketing deliverables from proposition development to communication and go-to-market
• Drive Campaigns for Offline & Digital
• Work closely with Sales, Martech, Product, Operations (MEM) and other stakeholders to deliver business objectives
• Loyalty Program
• Lead the marketing agenda for the loyalty program, driving member engagement & retention
• Develop targeted campaigns and propositions based on program growth and customer/member insights
• Partner with CRM, Product, Technology and Business teams to improve the overall member experience
• Monitor loyalty metrics and identify opportunities for growth
• Integrated Communication for Brand Club Mahindra
• Lead end-to-end integrated communication campaigns for digital & offline and other relevant channels.
• Develop campaign briefs, manage creative/media agencies and ensure high-quality execution.
• Build consistent brand communication across consumer touchpoints.
• Track campaign effectiveness and translate insights into actions.

Candidate Profile:
• 8–10 years of experience in Brand Management, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Loyalty or Consumer Marketing.
• Robust understanding of consumer insights and integrated communication.
• Proven ability to independently manage agencies, projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial orientation with an ability to connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes.
