Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant to Director role based in Chennai. The Personal Assistant will support the Director with day-to-day executive and administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The role involves organizing documents, preparing basic reports, maintaining files, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Personal Assistant will also assist with travel arrangements,



follow up on action items, and liaise with internal teams and external partners as needed. This position requires a highly organized individual who can maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and provide proactive support in a fast-paced interior design environment.
Qualifications

• Ability to provide effective Personal Assistance, including managing daily tasks and supporting the Director’s professional needs.
• Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as handling correspondence, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
• Strong Diary Management skills, including scheduling, calendar upkeep, and timely follow-ups on appointments and commitments.
• Competence in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, record maintenance, and office coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with solid attention to detail and accur
