The Savage Humans is looking for a people-first, proactive, and research-driven Business Development Executive who can build meaningful relationships and convert conversations into opportunities.
This is not just a traditional sales role.
The person will work closely with individuals, organisations, agencies, brands, NGOs, founders, and companies to identify stories, collaborations, partnerships, and business opportunities for The Savage Humans.
A major part of the role involves listening carefully, understanding people and organisations, identifying the right opportunity, and presenting how The Savage Humans can create value through storytelling, content, visibility, and partnerships.
The role will involve working on both inbound and outbound opportunities, from responding to people who approach us to actively researching and reaching out to potential clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities• Handle and convert inbound leads coming through The Savage Humans' platforms, referrals, campaigns, and business enquiries.
• Research and approach outbound prospects, including brands,



companies, NGOs, institutions, founders, agencies, and other organisations.
• Connect with individuals and organisations who have impactful or compelling stories that can be featured on The Savage Humans.
• Speak with prospective clients, understand their journey, work, objectives, and communication requirements before suggesting the right solution.
• Build B2B agency partnerships and tie-ups for storytelling, video production, branded content, campaigns, and visibility opportunities.
• Connect directly with companies and organisations for content, storytelling, campaign, and media collaborations.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects and ask the right questions to understand their actual requirements.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
